This partnership will enable fostering of entrepreneurs and their creative business ideas, enabling the development, and implementation of successful token strategies and tokenomics models with the backing of top-tier advisors, strategic partners, and investors.

As prominent forces in the Web3 advisory and early-stage venture capital landscape, HLV and RBV have combined their expertise to establish a transformative accelerator program.
- Projects will gain access to state-of-the-art tokenomics advisory services, weekly education and seminars, seasoned mentorship, launch strategy, and support, as well as unparalleled networking and funding opportunities.
- Each week will be dedicated to a different aspect of tokenomics development, from token utility and economics modeling, token distribution, and emission schedules, to advanced legal and security measures, and cutting-edge tech solutions.
- Projects selected for the accelerator program will receive a $100K investment from Denarii Labs, with an option for an additional $200K.
Our ultimate goal is to prepare each venture to be in a position to attract credible investors, and strategic partners, and progress to the token launch development and implementation phase by the end of the program.

Web3 tokens have already redefined the way we engage with digital assets and value, but launching a token is fraught with challenges; token exploits by bad actors, unsustainable economic models, and ill-considered token dispersals are just a few of the biggest risks that can leave a project dead in the water, or worse, completely drained of user liquidity by a hacker or exploiter.
Having a sound tokenomics model is the first but quintessential step in the long-term sustenance of a token-based project. By creating sustainable and well-considered tokenomics that align stakeholder incentives, we can promote genuine innovation, and equitable distribution of ownership and value. This will further, empower founders to contribute to the growth and governance of projects they believe in.

We are currently conducting a search for five (5) projects for our inaugural cohort. The program is open to projects working on or considering a token launch and would benefit from world-class tokenomics design.

The program begins in Q3 2023 (date to be confirmed) for a duration of three months. The program culminates in an invitation-only Demo Day where dozens of VC firms, investors, and potential partners will review and potentially invest in the project.
